We’re so proud to announce that Soaring Heights Charter School – located in Jersey City, NJ, near the JUNGLE headquarters — has been ranked the #1 “Best Public Elementary” & “Best Public Middle School” in Hudson County by the authoritative school data analyst company Niche.com. The K-8 school was also designated the #4 “Best Charter Elementary School” in the entire State of New Jersey. It was one of the original 13 New Jersey charter schools founded in 1997.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized for the high caliber of education we have provided to an entire generation of Hudson County children,” said Claudia Zuorick, Director of Soaring Heights Charter School. “Of course, our hardworking staff and dedicated parents have long felt we were an outstanding institution, but having it objectively and mathematically calculated is especially gratifying.”
Last fall, Soaring Heights hired our team to develop and rebrand their school’s public image to reflect who they really are. Since the relaunch, we’ve been collaborating with the school to enhance their online visibility and social media presence. The result has been an increase in engagement with parents and students in the Jersey City community.
Mrs. Zuorick also added, “Our vision was to showcase all the wonderful things our school has to offer parents, the community and prospective partners. Jungle has given us an image that truly reflects who we are, and the public presentation they created makes us all proud.”
Soaring Heights has achieved these top rankings despite not seeing a budget increase in over 11 years. In the meantime, the operating expenses have increased each year. The school needs your help to continue to provide a first-class education for all of its students. Thanks to the generosity of the William E. Simon Foundation, every dollar donated will be matched.
